Just a few more snorkeling pictures. One of our favorite past times, as you know, and one of George and Denise's favorite things to do also.

When we first entered the water there was this whole group of baby Moorish Idols. |
This guy earns the "ugliest" fish award. |
On our way to the North end of the island we stopped at the Macadamia Nut place... they have awesome samples and nice viewing windows. |
The first time that we have ever seen a huge pile of Mac Nuts in the parking lot...must be the season. |
Dec and Geo hadn't ever done the Pololu Valley hike before, so here we go. |
These jelly fish were all along the beach...Portuguese Man of War..I think. |
This little guy was on the trail.....slow go.
After we finished our hike, we headed back and stopped at Keokea Beach park to use their facilities. We hit the jackpot!!! An endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal had given birth to a pup 15 days before, so we got to see them. It is a rare thing for them to give birth on a beach where there are people coming and going. They will stay at this beach until he is weaned at about 6 weeks....so....we will have to go back and see them.

Old Hawaiian cemetery on the way back to the main road. |
Then it was over the mountain road to Waimea where we met Cub for dinner. |
